- The company has identified and acquired the Corcoran gold and silver project in Nevada, USA – one of the world’s most mining-friendly locations
- Total drilling on the Corcoran Project to date is 17,895m in 123 holes. Of this drilling, about 11,500m in 78 holes at the Silver Reef zone
- Funds raised through the IPO will be used to accelerate resource definition for the development of the Corcoran project, and other corporate purposes
- Post IPO, Metals 479 will have a minimum of 77,431,666 shares on issue, giving the Company an enterprise value of approximately $10 million based on the IPO issue price of 20 cents per share
