HIGHLIGHTS

• Seeking to raise $5,000,000 before costs, by way of a Public Offer of up to 250,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.02 each
   
• The Company is currently undertaking the acquisition of five exploration licences prospective for Lithium and other pegmatite hosted minerals located in the Republic of Serbia
   
• Funds will be used for proposed exploration programmes on Serbian Lithium projects, compliance with company ASX admission requirements, access to equity capital markets for future funding and enhancement of the public and financial profile of the company
   
• At completion of the Offers and the Acquisition, the Company will own the Serbian Lithium Projects and have cash of approximately $4.3 million

GENERAL INFORMATION

As announced on 7 September 2017, the Company has entered into the Acquisition Agreements under which the Company will acquire 100% of the issued capital of Centralist Pty Ltd and a Serbian company, Centurion Metals D.O.O. (both recently incorporated), subject to satisfaction of a number of conditions precedent.

Centurion is the owner of five exploration licenses covering a total area of approximately 328 square kilometres in Serbia. The exploration licences permit geological researching of lithium, boron, and corresponding metallic raw mineral materials.
