Bunji Corporation Limited (to be renamed Pure Foods Tasmania Limited) (Company) has entered into binding agreements to acquire 100% of the issued shares in Pure Foods Tasmania Pty Ltd (PFT). PFT is an Australian company based in Tasmania which owns and operates Tasmanian Pate and Woodbridge Smokehouse. The company’s strategy is to acquire, develop and grow premium foods businesses in Tasmania.
Bunji Corporation Limited (to be renamed Pure Foods Tasmania Limited) has entered into binding agreements to acquire 100% of the issued shares in PFT. PFT owns and operates:
- Tasmanian Pate: one of Australia’s largest pate businesses; and
- Woodbridge Smokehouse: a boutique producer of premium Tasmanian smoked salmon and trout.
In connection with the acquisition of PFT and to facilitate its reinstatement to trading on ASX, the Company is conducting a public offer to raise a minimum of $3 million through the issue of 15 million shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share (with the ability to accept oversubscription of up to $500,000).
