TRANSACTION SUMMARY

• Dotz Nano is seeking to raise a minimum of A$2,000,000 via a placement at6c/share with a 1:2 options exercisable at 8.5c expiring in 2 years. 
• Use of fundraising’s will be used to fund the increase in sales and marketing,complete fracking testing and advance other commercial negotiations. 
• Dotz Nano has mandated Hunter Capital Advisors to act as the Lead Manager to the transaction. 
• Bids for the placement stock are due by 12:00pm Friday 26 April 2019.
